Actually kidding. I’ve never tried to eat kale in large quantities, but I’ve had it as one ingredient in salads and other things, and it’s not that bad.
I’m from North Germany, and curly kale is a traditional dish in the winter. We even have a special sausage which is served with the kale. With this weapon, you would’ve fed the residents of the castle.

There are some plants, that no matter what you do, cannot be made fit for human consumption. Broccoli and kale are two.
I did not scratch and claw my way to the top of the food chain to eat plants.
