He hasn’t done this particular surgery before. But that’s okay -

he can do any operation just by googling it.

Once you take it out you can never get it back in the right way.

And it’s incredibly embarrassing when you leave the OR and you have someone’s intestine’s stuck to the bottom of your shoe.

I bet he doesn’t have the guts to try that again!

Got the end stuck to his shoe.. again.

We managed to get most of it put back in.
