A lot of African-Americans think the U.S. Government is out to kill them. They even say that aids was a virus developed to murder black men... and that the C.I.A. sold crack in the inner cities to fund the contras! Where do black people get such paranoid ideas? Who knows? Who cares? Someday they'll learn better. Woman: All the street lamps in the minority community need to be replaced. Man 1: Forget it! We need that money for a new jail! Man 2: Meeting adjourned.
