Dodd: That police states suck? Reid: You exposed us! We're letting Bush run wild! Pelosi: We're trying to look weak and powerless! You let him leave? We said we'd make him pay! Reid: We made our point. Senator Chris Dodd used a personal "hold" to block a bill that would have legalized spying against U.S. citizens.
