Man: I don't understand the mortgage crisis. Man: People bought houses they couldn't afford. 70% lied on their loan applications. The housing bubble burst. Rates went up. They couldn't sell their homes. Foreclosures followed. Now the government is bailing them out by taxing us. Man: But I'm a renter. I can't afford to buy a home. Man: The taxes will make you poorer. Then you should buy a house you can't afford. Man: The homeless will buy my American dream! Man: Hallucination.
