Yippee!!!! The men are here right now putting on my gutters & downspouts! So it’ll all be done before Christmas! Maybe even before I leave for work in another hour and fifteen minutes or so. I haven’t gone outside yet to se how much has been done. They’re doing the back bedroom now, heading towards the kitchen/porch roof.

When I first hired the roofer, I was expecting the roofing job to be done in late October, but the constant rain in October put them way behind schedule. But now that Christmas is only a week away, I guess you could say  that the roof & gutters & downspouts are my Christmas gift to myself. Pretty expensive gift, but something that should last me for the rest of my life.

I found it hard to ‘LIKE" today’s strip. Poor Ratsy. At least he is trying to improve himself.

That poor rat. :( I know there’s a very good reason why people don’t like rats, but even so, Ratty didn’t deserve to be kicked in the rear by Chesney. (To be fair, I think Chesney would do that to anybody.) On another note, saw a rabbit and a wren while out walking today.
