National Bike To Work Day. I’m still on vacation, but there’s no way I’d ever bike to my job.
National Strawberries and Cream Day. I have some teeny tiny green strawberries on my strawberry plants, but mostly I only have blossoms. Strawberries & cream will have to wait a while. I’m not going to buy those hard, dry, tasteless strawberries from the grocery store.
National Memo Day. I’m writing memos all over the place – starting a grocery list for when I go back to work on Sunday and a map of my garden as I’m planting it, notes reminding me to pay bills, etc.
National Waitstaff Day. Along with retail workers, some of the most unappreciated (and often underpaid) workers there are.
