Barb’s surgery left her in a world of pain. Poor thing she’s been dealing with pain all week, but this is epic pain. Hopefully the drugs kick in and she can get some sleep.

And pay for what you get.

I seriously doubt if the Ramada would let you mice have a room.

National Lemon Chiffon Cake Day. More cake? Yesterday, it was Black Forest cake, a thick, rich, decadent chocolate cake. Today, a light, fluffy lemon cake. So, what will it be tomorrow? More cake? Tune in tomorrow to see what is next. Same cat time, same cat place.

It will be a very exciting stay for you all, I hope you get to go home afterwards!!!

Craig and I got stuck at a Ramada one night, worse hotel ever. Drug deals and partying in the parking lot all night outside our room. Our impression was that of a halfway house. We had the dogs with us and had no other choices.

<snort!> yes, I’ve had cats flirt with a variety of electric deaths…

Panel 1 is MY FAVORITE. That sweet mousy face peeping out at all of us.

The Rodentia Suite ….. must remember that one and avoid it like the plague ……

The Rodentia Suite? What kind of Mickey Mouse operation are they running? (Sorry, couldn’t resist.) On another note, saw eleven robins, four chickadees, a raven, a rabbit, and a Steller’s jay while out walking today.
