In my Silver Sneakers class we have 3 pieces of equipment: weights, bands & inflated (small) balls. On Monday the instructor does 45 minutes of cardio (Monday people love it) so we only use 2 of the 3. I ended up as the Unofficial Official Assistant, so I get to pick. I sort of hate it when I decide to use just the weights & bands & have to tell people no balls & we do have a number of men in the class.
Go home, Chesney, you are missed there. Besides, Annie needs to go home to her grandparents and get some sleep and she can’t do that until you get home.
of topic, anyone’s comments every get deleted as soon as you post them, I was on another site last week and baseball came up concerning the strike and I mentioned that I was sure the Indians would have one that year except for the strike, when I emphasized that I said Indians and not Guardians my post was gone the next day!
Regarding standup comedy, it sort of bugs me when comedians say the purpose of comedy is to shock and offend people. What a load of bull. I think the purpose of comedy should be to entertain people and give them a break from their problems. I’m not saying they shouldn’t be blue (you do what t you have to do to get laughs) just that the main goal should be to amuse people. On another note, saw a robin, a chipmunk, a rabbit, and a wren while out walking today.
