The mouse is likely smelling himself. Nice to see This Side Up concerned for our Oliver. Yesterday I took a ridiculously steep hike up and over a pass and never got to the lake that was my goal. I could see it, but just didn’t have it in me to go the extra mile. It was warm enough that I took off my outer shirt and dipped it in a creek to cool off. Besides the mileage and altitude change, about half the trail is all rocks, and feet were hurting for hours. Ran in to an 80 year old backpacker who was going 5 miles further to another pass! Aspens are near peak color in some areas, back out tomorrow to explore, not hike.

I usually read the comics last online after everything else .But I wanted see what happened with Oliver .So this was my first stop (OK…second…I checked Email first.)

Have someone infect you with toxoplasmosis. You’ll find the smell a turn-on.

I would rub my cats with fresh rosemary (I had huge rosemary shrubs in Norfolk) and their fur was soft and silky and smelled wonderful. Bes of all they didn’t fuss with each other because they all smelled the same. Kept fleas away too!

I think everyone likes Oliver. Of the Ten , he’s everyone’s favorite kitty. Lucky for that mouse that’s not Lily he’s talking to. I don’t think she would take being called smelly very well. On another note, saw four chickadees while out walking today.
