The girls were coming, but they took one look, turned and ran.

These images look like they were carefully cut out of the magazine and pasted onto this landscape painting.

While the others rested, Todd and Jeffery continued their tickle fight. This meeting of the Manly Men club was off to a great start.

And their hair – and that beard – are like someone took a magic marker to the catalog.

And who is the fully dressed person in the back?

There are two versions of this painting. This is Bazille’s Sanitized for the Saints version that was used for an advertisement for Boy Scout Summer Camp.

The other Nature at Its Best version was the inspiration for Baron Wilhelm von Gloeden’s photography.
