Child-proof caps can be opened with one hand with practice. I learned that when I had hand surgery. If anyone has problems with them, just tell the pharmacist you don’t need childproof caps, and they will give you normal ones. They have to assume you need the childproof ones, probably for legal reasons. They will also cut any tablets for you if you have trouble doing it.
