Not trying to be too derivative, I’d like to add this sums up pretty much most of history.
The only math I’m doing right now is addition and subtraction: I’m subtracting from the amount of turkey I had left over, and adding their calories to my waistline.
This will add up to a bad day for someone…

As long as they didn’t bring any adders (snakes). If they did, they would need log tables. Adders can subtract as well (they eat each other).
Since they’re on a boat they’re using a floating decimal point.
