Are you worried about being the new person at the workouts? Should I be? Well, just remember-no one expects you to do the whole thing your first day. Ha! I spent all day on my feet, running up and down stairs, lifting and carrying loads. I think I can handle and our work out! Ok, that's enough warm-up! Let's start this workout! Uh-oh!
Warm ups are necessary but I hate them. All that expended energy when I could have used it in class. Learning staff is a lot harder than it sounds. But it does come with one nice side benefit….. We get to attack each other with a 7 foot long staff. :)))
