Found one but it is preloaded with ‘crap apps’ that can’t be deleted or disabled, including games, Google, music, etc. Modern form of coercion without legal penalties.
But, on the plus side, also found new plan for $15/mo per phone instead of $30, so I stashed unwanted stuff in second page where it will never be used.
