Cheney did take Scalia hunting, back when the SCOTUS was ruling on whether Uncle Dick had to release his records on the secret energy consortium (he didn’t). Scalia’s son also worked for the firm that represented Cheney, yet the justice never saw fit to recuse himself for a conflict of interest.

IRS: You mean where the only group denied tax-exempt status was the liberal one? What is the exact scandal here?
