Tom the Dancing Bug by Ruben Bolling BOB Figures It Out #217: How To Be Invincile It would be so cool if I were invincible. I could walk the Earth, impervious to danger. I'd be fearless because I couldn't be harmed. PING BAM Yet, enemies could overpower me... ...and imprison me! Invincibility couldn't save me from that. Super-strength or unlimited teleportation powers would solve that, but those powers would change the whole scenario. So, my additional power would be that I could teleport no more than a mile away, no more than once a day. POOF And that's how Bob figures it out. Next on "Bob Figures It Out": when the Phillies should bunt against the defensive infield shift.
If Bob were truly invincible, those Wall Street bankers couldn’t have overpowered him. Bob has confused invincibility with invulnerability, thus demonstrating he has mastered the power of illiteracy.
