Old newspapers were uncovered and apparently during the blitz in London many protested the nigh time curfew and it’s negative effects on businesses. There was a lot of pushback from some against the mandatory bomb shelter in place orders. The anti-maskers refused to comply with the suggestion that gas masks be worn when mustard gas was present.
