Not only did they all have the same haircut, but they were quite tall, with Clint Walker (of Cheyenne fame) probably being the tallest at 6’6", and they lived fairly long lives, too…
The secret messages I get from this comic strip seem to be blurry or staticy today. (I suppose that the secret messages readers get from MY posts are even worse!)
It’s easy to tell them apart. Davy Crockett wore a coonskin cap. The real Daniel Boone wore an elegant beaver felt top hat, and the Hollywood Daniel Boone wore the skin of a dead beaver on his head.
Fun fact. Daniel Boone had a now-living descendant who was an awkward dancer. No kidding, search out her bio. https://www.quora.com/What-is-your-most-embarrassing-dance-memory/answer/Darva-Campbell

I used to have a coonskin hat when I was a kid. Could never figure out how to split a tree with a single axe throw like on TV.

Pannichi: like Pagliacci, but his name fits more easily into speech bubbles.

Ah, Sedgwick. Looks like this time “dog” in reverse really is “god”. If you’re a pantheist. Or panentheist.

Today’s “Bug” certainly puts everything into perspective. I mean, vis-a-vis, if you see what I mean. You know?

I don’t really have much to comment on today’s strip, so I’ll just go with the old tried and true standard: “capitalism sucks”.
Also, “dog” spelled backwards is “god”. Have I pleased you, Mighty Sedgwick?

Last strip reminiscent of “40,000 years between the panels”.
