In old Greece…. the fauns and the songbirds would be piping and singing in the new spring growth. I see no birds around. As for the fauns in ID…… well?
Well, no snow here in Kansas City but today’s strip is SO on target for our weather, it’s more like a frustrated comment over coffee rather than a funny! Tip of the hat to the folks in New York (35 inches of snow this season), Boston (checking in with 59) and Erie, Pa, where they only have two seasons—the 4th of July and winter.

Snow has thawed and so have the lawns where people let their dogs out all winter. Good grief!

Watch out for all those little land mines the dog’s been leaving all winter.

What’s wrong with Mud Season?

I’ve seen unpaved roads in western CT that have temporary signs: Warning: Mud Season.

We have no seasons here, just a dry season and rainy season… and hurricanes.
