I’m confused: I always assumed that the Wiz was just that—a magician. After all, it’s in the title of the strip. Recently, however, he seems to be more of a scientist.

Just sayin’.

seems like I saw something like this in Goofy’s “How to Golf” (contrary to popular opinion, golf is not a waste of time.)

The Wiz failed calculus at the “Merlin School for Wizards” His Mind is weak and so is everything else. The only job he could find was in the Kingdom of ID. He is the laughing stock of Wizards everywhere, that is how this comic got started.

So sad. You’d think someone good at Geometry would be great a golf, but alas no. Golf is tough for goofs and geeks alike.
