The Sun will continue on like any other star in the same category and eventually burn out and the internal pressure will win over gravity causing expansion to somewhere between the orbit of Mars and about ½ way across the Asteroid Belt. Earth’s atmosphere and oceans will boil away and any and all life will vaporize. Maybe the life on Europa or Encedalus or Titan will survive. After the expansion a very quick subsidence will reduce the Sun to the size of a white dwarf. But that’s in about 4 – 5 billion years or so +/- 500,000,000 years.
