It also removes three more “lifting operations”: from the shelf to the cart, from the cart to the checkout, from the cart to trunk. With a weak back, this is an important consideration.

It’s bad enough buying groceries when you’re just ordinarily hungry. I shudder at the thought of doing it while fasting!
