Makes no sense. Dick Cheney was the one with heart problems, and though some said he was the real decision maker in the White House, he’s been “out of office” for years..Hmm. Or is Ziggy suggesting that the State of the Union address is supposed to reveal “the heart of the nation”, but that it’s now been automated?
