Not if someone blocks it in or chocks the tires or takes a wheel or two off, or disconnects the hidden cell/ GPS antenna hidden in the roof. I always disconnect that telematics crap when I get a car. It’s mine, I paid it off, I OWN it! It’s none of your damm business how I drive it or where I park it! I have a cell phone, I’ll use it if I get stuck.
