I’m recalling the episode of the great TV series, “Barney Miller” when the eccentric inventor was brought in with his set of DIY wings. When he was being taken out by the Bellevue Hospital attendants, he makes a break and runs to the roof where Nick Yemanna reports to Barney “He leaned out and just took off and glided in a circle all the way to the ground … It was the prettiest thing you ever saw,” when asked what happened then Nick replied “He landed right next the ambulance, and the guys from Bellevue took him away.” … ;)

He forgot to pay attention a few days ago. I guess slamming into the ground from great heights can lead to short term memory loss.

He couldn’t have flown no matter how well the feathers were glued.

If you’re going to try and fly, start off with running starts off the ground.

FACEPLANT ! 2,0 on the Wiley Coyote scale, low score. Because of not learning your lesson the first time.

I’ll join the chorus of “Again?” and add that it reminds me of Bullwinkle and his attempts to pull a rabbit out of his hat.
