Tiger eh. Well just uses we old ancient trick for tigers when we is goes into woods. Wears a face behind your head and tiger not pounces upon you from behind.

I really adore tigers; they are strong, wild and beautiful…I also have some “stripes” round my belly but they are more likely due to heavy potato chips eating… The only thing I’m concerned about is what they do once they’re gettin’ older for there’s no ti-geriatric care in the wilderness…

We call our male cat our “blue point cougar” because he’s so huge.

I always thought sweet Lupin reminded me more of a baby bunny :-))

I love Goldie’s expression in the second panel. She looks so happy and contented.

OT: Kittens

The kitten Marshmallow goes home with her new owner, a good friend of mine, tomorrow. The two of them have already bonded.

Finnegan, in my avatar, is my ferocious tiger.

This reminded me of Sparky. He was a long, thin cat who loved nothing more than getting low and ambushing someone. He was my sneaky snake.

Elvis gets the best nicknames. The Siamese You Cannot Please is still my favorite, though.

I coax him with my baby talk,

then he begins his wiggly walk.

He wiggles and waggles his tail,

he flutters his whiskers without fail.

His coat of orange, black or white

flashes and shimmers a vivid light.

You can tell he’s a normal male,

he flutters his tail without fail.

He waits until I walk away

to snarf more food for today.

While spewing chirps, he will purr,

Elvis didn’t seem that alarmed. Betting he gave his report in a rather deadpan style (as only HE can). … Probably doesn’t care much for the ’ baby bunny ’ moniker, either. … :)

Yep, Puck is a very ferocious panther. In a cute sort of way.

Most cats are fierce, stealthy, and very intelligent. Every cat I’ve ever asked has said so.

It’s never occurred to me to greet my ferals by saying “there’s a tiger in the house”, but I have been known to say “I tawt I taw a puddy tat!”

I’m surprised Elvis referred to himself as baby bunny in the last panel.

One of my many regrets was not cuddling Cleo, my friend’s Siamese cat, who was abused by his brother and friends. Memories of Cleo, Skeezix and other kitties I wasn’t a better cat mom for, make me sad.

My panther is very secretive. You never know when she is going to go into or out of hiding.

Goldie’s little smile in the second panel made me squee, so cute! All the cats have nicknames. Wonderful, as always!

Elvis is right. With a kitten and a smol cat in the apartment, they can’t be too careful about who rampages through it.
