I met one of those one time. Didn’t actually see him. But he walked up to where I was standing in the woods on a little dirt trail. I could hear when he stepped in the leaves, didn’t hear when he crossed the trail, heard him again when he got on the other side. He didn’t respond when I hollered at him — of course it could have just been a ghost and not an alien

Whether your sensors is detect full electromagnetic spectrum or not it got notheeng to does with visibility or invisibility of a creature. Only ways anytheeng can appears invisible is if it is blends in withots background.
