Cathy: Why not go for a 15-minute run before your shower? Because I'd have to admit I could have been running 15 minutes every morning. Why not stop work for 5 minutes and do a few sets of sit-ups? Because I'd have to admit I could have been doing sit-ups every day. Why not do a quick workout video before dinner? Because I'd have to admit I could have been doing a quick workout video every evening. Taking the first step is nothing. Leaping over the last 20 years is the problem.
