Well, Joe-Allen, iffen you are a guy, it just aggragaved a common male condition: noassatallitis.
I just finished my 1 hour routine about 1/2 hour ago; with that and sensible eating, I have no trouble staying in shape.
I sympathize with Claire - that was me with my “workout” this morning. Yesterday it got done, however!
Mel(ody) My husband has that condition no matter what he weighs. Too bad noassatallitis isn’t contagious. I’d like to have that problem.
The weather here is like Claire’s. I’ll be doing all my work outs indoors for a while. Does that make them work ins?
