Nov. 30th – Bennie traded the boots for a frilly hat. A little continuity Pastis! ;-)

Mr. Snuffles has feet?

Snuffles has mined the course……“you go first!”.

Mr. Snuffles has seniority over Bennie the Bear. And his quiet demeanor tends to obscure the fact that he is a very capable and efficient colleague to Li’l Guard Duck. Bennie falls! Face it, Cartoon-Boy, your new character is a goner!

Fourth wall, I don’t see no stinkin’ fourth wall.

Reminds me: I have to go feed the cat, walk the dog, and feed the ducks… lazy things; none would win any race.

I look at that bear, and I hear “Lola” by The Kinks playing in my head.·Stephan, if you ever get to do a Pearls movie, please include Bennie in it; the controversy alone will sell tickets.

I really like this bear.

But I thought the bear switched to wearing lady’s hats instead of kinky boots…

And dying is even easier when you’re a croc in this strip!

I thought benny lost the boots.

Is Benny really a character? Please tell me he’s not staying in the strip.
