You think because I am of the genteel class I won't stoop to rough-and-tumble! But there you're wrong! I'll have you know I've pitched a very wicked cricket ball in my day! Take this! Ow! See? See there? Next time it may be one of you! And of course we can't rule out the possibility that the old man in the wheelchair was in some way complicitous with the youth gang...

I hope the old man in the wheelchair lambasts him a good one and Jarvis doesn’t block it.

you don’t pitch a cricket ball, you bowl it.

For shame, Sedgwick!Though never much of an athlete when young, I could throw a pretty mean snowball in college—broke a chest-level windowpane in the front door of a girls’ dorm at a fair range (20-25 yards, maybe) one winter when some of us guys were horsing around: the other guy ducked! So, maybe Sedgwick injured the old man in the wheelchair. I hope he sues!

Mr. Potter in “It’s a Wonderful Life” was an old man in a wheelchair. As was Dr. Strangelove. And a bank robber in “Barney Miller”. You can’t trust them.

Never underestimate the craftiness (and nastiness) of the elderly in wheelchairs. It’s what got me wearing steel toe shoes!
