LOL…this skyscraper is obviously modeled on the Chrysler Building. But if you look closely, you’ll notice Samson replaced the eagle heads with horse heads. Well done!
Samson, you got the physics backwards. The building accellerating upward would increase the G force acting on Horace, smashing him into the floor, not lifting him off his feet.
Samson: Fantastic!, Incredible!, Superb!, Bravo!, Excellent!, Terrific!, Monumental!, Wonderful!, Outstanding!I can’t find the words to express my feelings for this. How to you do it?? THANKS!!!

@Simon, true, but it beats the real thing another way – That’s one POWERFUL elevator!

Horace my dear, elevators are not your friend.

Powerful, yes, and fast after a couple of minutes. But how do you get it to stop on the floor you want?

This comic is so clever and understated. I don’t know how Sampson does it day after day after day. Love the clean style, too!

Horace, that building is about to moon you.

Well, Horace did indicate he wanted to go up. He never indicated how far.
+++++
Which leaves me wondering, what would have happened had he punched “down”?

I like Horace’s expression in the first panel: “Okay, Elevator, what are you gonna do this time?”

This must be the refurbished Crimson Permanent Assurance building from London. It did sail off the edge of the world once.
