My hubby does the same thing. Takes me awhile to get back to sleep, but he never remembers doing it. After 30 years, I’m pretty well used to it. Guess it’s a subconscious, I love you :-)

I get ads trying to sell me a toilet, young women’s clothes, video games, and one ad with a woman in a bikini that I don’t know what they are selling but the bikini has the print of a world map.

I use hosts manager…no ads

I use Adblock Plus, but it recently started causing these pages to load without the strip. It had been working just fine. I can still use it to kill ads one at a time, though.

If you’re using Firefox, just install Adblock and be done with it. If you’re not using Firefox, you’re probably stuck with the advertisements.

yes they are very annoying. I used to buy Di Giorno’s but now after those ads i’m switching to Papa Murphies

I get DiGiorno, DiGiorno, and DiGiorno. Don’t know why. As far as I know, no one around here ever gets it. The first “See rest of comments” will bring it up, and when I try to get rid of it, the whole concern goes off and I have to get on gocomics.com again. Ugh.

The pizza ad broke my newer computer (everytime I tried to close it two more windows of it opened), so I only view go comics on my old one because the virus blocker blocks “all known ad sites”, and on this computer I wouldn’t be able to LOAD go comics’s site with all the ads otherwise.
