Your water bill bill will get higher if you don’tfix it Earl.

God knows some old folks are constantly worrying about the water bill.

In some cities, you can get fined for overwatering your lawn or watering outside of certain hours (eg, Albuquerque)

I call it lazy, Earl. Know what I mean?

Perhaps it just reminds him of his youth.

He may have a bore hole then he wont be wasting water, have you thought of that. we fill our pool up with boar hole water a lot cheaper.
