There are SO many versions of the food pyramid now (I like the one by Dr Weil) but I’m eating vegetarian this year and this period (until next testing in Aug) I’m doing very low fat. I am really trying NOT to lose more weight (I was happy with 120#) but was 110 today (mostly holding around 112). Since I control everything I eat and drink, I can experiment.
Well, at least the base of the pyramid is correct. You can forget grains. Most are genetically altered and lead to an inflammatory response from the body.
