There have been some works like that from pavement lining crews.We had one in West Texas a double yellow line going straight…into a dead end the road made a right hand turn. The line did not.One center line looked like a drunk driver made it. Went left and right weaving for miles.NO TURN painted on the road. You could only turn right or left it did not go straight. (I thought that might have been a prank but the city crew admitted to doing it)
