    We used to make a turkey and broccoli casserole that used stuffing, cheese soup, broccoli and leftover turkey. It was delicious.

    The First Thanksgiving was a three-day feast. We do that, too; we just call days two and three “leftovers”.

    We’re both dark meat lovers, so we just roast thighs. Several of them, so we can freeze some of the extra for future meals.
