Our kids write out all their thank you letters without being told! Im a proud papa! This is a lot of letters! and a lot of stamps! so, next year we let 'em do email? and texts.
It saves a lot of money, folks!
My New Year’s resolution is to put it off till next year.
it may save a lot of money in most cases, but sometimes Granma don’t got no Internet
Good for the environment
An email or text may be cheaper and faster (and acceptable) but a hand written thank you shows a lot more appreciation and gratitude to the giver.
Cheaper to email and why send thank you for Christmas cards. Postage is going up next year.
At this point, I’ll take either one, as long as it says something more specific than “thanks for the gift.”
Those who don’t bother to even acknowledge the gift will never see another one from me, as a number of family members have found out.
