a few years back before Gene and his family died Janis would go on about how much she liked shopping for Meg and how nice it was going to be to spend the holidays with them. now she’s reduced to Arlo, the cat and her iPhone. sad.

The hype may have been in some quarters. The sources I read said clearly that it was a big unknown how much of it would get blown away by the sun while it was out of sight, but that was a real possibility for a sungrazer.
