My buddy in high school would ask his dad for money. The old man would flip him a quarter and tell’im, “Here…go get drunk!”

BTW, with a vocabulary like Calvin has at this age (which is what? 8?), you can only expect great things from him. Terrible, perhaps, but great nonetheless.

It’s called sarcasm.

Mo goes to school because he’s still far under 16 and the cops will arrest him if he doesn’t go. Also, his parents definitely don’t want him hanging around. And it’s politically incorrect for the schools to isolate kids who disrupt the class, are uninterested in learning, or just too stupid to keep up (or even all 3, like Moe apparently), and so the education of all the other kids suffers in the name of pretending Moe is getting one.

For a 7 year old kid who has a toy tiger named Hobbes, Calvin seems to have a pretty advanced vocabulary js…..

I guess if Calvin’s being demanded to give money to someone, he wants to make it worthwhile. Even if the person doesn’t even understand what he meant. Lol

Mo had better hang on to that quarter. With his scintillating mind, that’s as wealthy as he’ll ever be.

It amazes me that, at six years old, Calvin can have such a great vocabulary and knowledge of the theory of evolution, and still make Ds and Fs in the first grade. Weird….

If you loan someone $20.00 and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

And for 25¢ you too can insult monkey boy without getting £ed…

Schools have anti-bullying programs, this guy does not exist in todays schools.

I wonder when he grows older, whether he will treat his tax demands with such insouciance?

This is one of the last times Moe will have any kind of actual dominance, and though he’s “stupid”, I myself don’t take any pleasure in making that point. There are too many of these folks who vote . . . I sure wouldn’t want to alienate them if there was a chance they could vote against my interests.
