When I was in college a perky upbeat girly asked if I would be interested in joining the marching band.I was not a musician but I played along.I said “Sure, I am pretty good too.”She said “What do you play?”I said “The Arm-a-phone”She said “Oh I would like to hear it.”So I place my lips on my forearms and blew…..you know of course this makes a “fart” sound.I blew one long melodious note.I stopped and looked at her stunned expression. You know it all worked out….she put out on the first date.

Millie’s comment is interesting given that she’s in the band and that her level of competency leaves more than a little to be desired.

Reminds me of an exchange between Groucho and Chico Marx:
“How much do you get for NOT rehearsing?“You couldn’t afford it.”

For those interested-these boys sound like some school bands I have heard. Great artistry to play so badly. http://youtu.be/5sjb4vPbXps

@ Me3000: Charlie Brown’s shirt had a zig-zag, not joined diamonds.
