I bought some “forever” stamps, but I avoid using them unless really necessary. I can send checks directly to companies (even one-time occurrences) directly from my bank online.
there is another forever stamp that started last year, a global forever stamp that pays the 1st class international rate. the 1st 2 were a globe & the 2nd was a holiday wreath. the rate last year was $1.10 & now the rate is $1.15. they’re easy to spot, they’re round.

In the U.S., any stamp in the “Forever” series – most stamps these days – are good once you buy them, regardless of any future rate increase.

I hate when they spring that on me when I’m at checkout already..makes the move so awkward.

I remember as a kid seeing mini-vans for sale in Sam’s Club. The 90’s were crazy.
