funny, if they are gonna draw Janis as younger they should draw Arlo younger also. To answer his question, nothing is more depressing than shopping for a bathing suit after a LONG winter……..ugh!!

It’s a pretty good answer for most of everything you deal with in a man over 50. They’re either old before they’re time and have taken root on the couch or obsessed with staying young and stupidly injuring themselves during activities like roller blading. There doesn’t seem to be any in-between. They also think they look great in biking shorts. We just passed an arc where Arlo was whining about their aging and Janis acted much younger. Go figure.

I’ve never been a woman of fashion, and I’ve never understood why it’s so important to buy a new swimsuit every summer. Do they wear out? Go out of style? What happens to all the old bathing suits, given to Goodwill Thrift Shop?
