Old one. Except it was Peter who saw the Broad say, “Well?” every time.

I love the dramatic shift in perspective in the last panel.

Fishing is never about the CATCH it’s about the PURSUIT!

You’re not fishing for fish – you’re fishing for your own,“sole”!

    (Unless you’re on,“WICKED TUNA”!)

Johnny Hart didn’t inherit strip, he is the original author who died in 2007. His two grandsons Mick and Mason Mastroianni inherited it, every now and then they do something worthy of grandpa

A fishing contest was won once by a kid using a mickey mouse ketchum kit – vs adults with thousands of dollars worth of gear!

Doesn’t seem like patience or persistence gets you much.

Yes, really. I’m sorry you don’t appreciate the artistic touch in a strip that is almost always constrained to the immediate foreground. And I have never recommended to anyone to stop reading a strip, if that is what you were expecting me to do. I have been enjoying B.C. at least as long as you have, despite my disdain for its religiosity.
