That can only be true if you also believe that all of the kinetic potential energy stored in fresh water resources has no source and is, in fact, free energy.Otherwise, you would suspect that a warming Earth would force water vapor into long term storage outside the influence of warming by atmospheric expansion from evaporation.Check your computer model for the effects of the absence of fresh water resources in relation to the localized atmospheric warming we are calling global warming. You will find that the increase in CO2 from 0.035% to 0.04% has not had any effect on warming. If you don’t have access to the computer models from which the global warming alarums are being raised, then aren’t you just believing anything you are told because somebody in a lab coat said that Lucky Strikes are the best thing for your health?
