You and Joe should get away while sunny and Jojo areat camp. we've been doing that! we take turns going to the supermarket! Mom and dad invited us to use the cabin this weekend. No thanks. Gustine Lake is way too rustic for me! It would be nice if the shack had indoor plumbing and electricity. GPS can't even find that little raggedy cabin! They said we can leave the twins here with them. Sometime I forget how quaint this place is!

Willing babysitters are like a library… they can check out the kids for a while… until they’re ready to give them back….

I use the babysitter thing when I need help for sure. Trade a sleepover with the kids to get plumbing/air conditioner or other house maintenance from my brother in law. Works everytime.

Sigh We used to be able to use an old family cottage in the Finger Lakes. There was no telephone, but it did have electricity and running water. I swear, it was the smallest building in all the lakes, but so peaceful. Now two distant cousins and their families seem to have exclusive use of it. Chris has also lost the use of a cottage from her family.

Bummer, Tom. I guess you don’t feel like battling over the cottages?
