Maybe they meant the hot air politicians are famous for in which case that would make Washington D.C. the windiest city. LOL

Probably because it is often windy there, but not as windy as people seem to think it is. Ask somebody from Chicago.( I don’t know if it’s true, but I heard that Chicago means “stinky onion” in Iroquois.)

Maybe they now ought to refer to Chicago as “Wild West City”.

So, a woman could duel with a man as long as they played baseball.

Chicago is called the Windy City because of political reasons. Its politicians were so full of wind the name stuck.

Chicago in the 50’s was just right, I walked all over, went in bars and burlesque shows, never noticed the wind or got mugged. Visited Skidrow also!

Not any Medeval Eurpean Lesbians back then huh? Simple, if there were then they would have been required to stand in the hole!

If you count tornados, then cities like KC and OK City would definitely be in the top 5 windy cities.

I was in Chicago when you could go to the beach without worrying about getting mugged.

What is the deal with all these pop up ads? Can’t do anything without several pop ups blocking my usage. This is too much every second another pops up.

Buffalo doesn’t surprise me in the least. I live in Buffalo. And yeah, it gets windy. Kind of windy today, in fact. NOT looking forward to the winter winds. Cleveland and Boston weren’t windy when I visited. At least Boston wasn’t. The weather was perfect, in fact.
