Maybe the world famous hockey player would like to tell us why you can see the puck when you watch a match in person but can not see it when you watch it on TV. Then again what do dogs know.
The later hockey episodes with Snoopy and Woodstock playing in a frozen bird bath were always classics. In that case, they actually PLAYED (kind of!) Of course, Woodstock also drove the Zamboni…….
When I was a kid living in Chicago it was a very popular thing to have sports celebrities sign autographs at auto dealerships when the new cars came out. I remember waiting in line to get Bobby Hull’s autograph and at one point the line became stalled for at least 20 minutes. Everyone wondered what was going on until finally word filtered back through the crowd that Mr. Hull was taking apart a lady’s camera to fix it so she could get a picture with him. Which he did and she did. Everyone thought it was great and nobody minded the extra wait.
Hockey is still a huge part of professional sports here in Minnesota! Bobby Hull, who is in his mid 70s now, was a big part of Chicago Black Hawks Stanley Cup win in 1976.Of course, Minnesota’s hot hockey team is the Minnesota Wild…

The World Famous Hockey Player was one of the best alter-egos, especially when he played against Woodstock.

Hockey never WAS like that, except for a handful of great stars who could do end-to-end rushes without getting wiped out.

I would’ve pegged Snoopy as a St. Paul Fighting Saints fan.
