His clothes are too tight and he’s got a pole up his wazoo, of course he’s in a foul mood!

At least he is not in a fowl mood or you both might be part of a pie.

Maybe age and weather have gotten to him, as they do to the rest of us.

Hey, I’m offended that there’s no color. ;)

    I don’t know. It’s kinda corny.

Best to use a strawman approach to the problem…

@Johanan, I was wondering what could CHANGE his mood - I guess weather could do it…

Hello Supreme Leader of the Birdbrains!

Helllo Fellow Birdbrains & Straw Heads

Somebody ripped off his hands, feet, and eye. It looks like he never had a nose. He’s a hanged man. Of course, he is in a foul mood! And he is stuck in black and white! Geesh! I would be offended if he were happy!

Possibly because he’s also ALONE in his field? :)

As much as I value uniqueness, sometimes it’s overrated.

I’m offended–but what’s really offensive is that I don’t know whether it’s the insinuation that he might eat crow, or that scarecrows have moods. And that I can’t quickly see any faces or other hidden images.

    I am offended!!!

That is not what real corn stalks look like. The corn does not grow at the top of the stalks.

I see popcorn on one stalk.

No one has mentioned that the Scarecrow is surrounded by stalkers…..

    Not that it matters.

I can’t believe that no one sees the grumpy face that’s three stalks to the scarecrows left hip. (our right)

Sorry for the late post, work eats me alive, and I’m supposed to be retired.

It looks to me rather, carmy, that his legs, torso and neck are all stiff as a board (making him deaf as a post). :)) He doesn’t have a wazoo, which could explain a lot as well.

It looks a lot like sorghum rather than corn. almost mentioned that in my earlier comment.
